Personalization->Colors->More options->Transparency effects-> EnabledPersonalization->Colors->Show accent color on the following surfaces-> DeselectStart, taskbar, and action centerWin+R-> openregedit- Under the path
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced, create a newDWROD (32-bit) Valueand name itTaskbarAcrylicOpacity, which value is in range0-255.0is represented fully transparent(aka: alpha = 0).255means opaque (aka: alpha = 1) - Restart
